I just looked at all my flash submissions here on NG. I don't know what happened in 2009 but I didn't submit anything? Maybe all the commotion of my senior year and graduation kept me busy. I managed to get one flash off in 2010, but just one. What the heck? Where have I been? Here it is, 2011 and I feel like it's time I get my shit together. I'm back home, no school or anything to distract me for now, time to focus on my arts.

For a long time I've had aspirations to create a series combining many of my passions, music, drawing, video, writing, do it all! And NG has always seemed like the perfect place to get something of that sort going. I've been slowly working on ideas and whatnot for this project for a long time and I really want to get started on it.

So I guess what I'm saying is: here's to 2011 being a big year.

So I just found out that my cat died, I'm sitting in my dorm room and it's all rainy outside...but on a more positive note - I finally uploaded something new! Hurrah! Inspired by one of the first flash animations I ever did back in 2005-2006 I believe. I'm happy to say that this looks much better than anything I was able to produce back then. Go watch.

Whooaoaoaoa man. So college is fun, and now I've got some time to kill so I'm trying to get back into the whole flash swing of things. There's been a number of random "projects" or thoughts that I've been working on in the time from my last submission. One of them is a trippy adventure that contains characters and events based on those from my real life. Pretty amazing stuff actually, considering it's all real. See below. Oh and all the music is done by Intergalactic Broadcast, a hot new group on the scene (myspace.com/intergalacticbroadcast) They're also the stars.

Man, I haven't touched Flash in so long and I feel dirty for it. I need some inspiration, I've been sitting on my ass every day. I've got plenty of time and resources, just nothing to do. I know once I pick up my Wacom pen and jump into it something will come to me. But for now I'll stick to bitching about how I'm not working on anything while refusing to acknowledge that it's my own laziness that's keeping me from doing so. *Sigh* When will I learn?

It's a new year, I've got a new laptop, a new recording setup and CS4. Now all I need is some inspiration.

So I made a new one.

I've got a few new animations up and more on the way. I love my wacom. I appreciate the kind words and votes :D

Life has gotten pretty hectic and for a while I stopped my daily visits to NG. A few months later I'm back and after submitting a couple new things that I made a while ago, I've been inspired to get something great together. I'm currently working on a 30 second short as part of the Sketch Collab and I have plans for a few other things. I appreciate the positive comments and all from everyone and wanted to let you guys know that I'm here, and up to something...Also I kinda just wanted to finally get a decent post up.
